Product Availability
We attempt to ship all orders for arrival within 10 business days, unless a faster
method of delivery is purchased at the time of order. Your credit card will be pre-authorized
and then charged when your order is shipped. We urge you to order early, and under
no circumstances begin disassembly of your vehicle until such time as all parts
have arrived and have been inspected to insure that they are suitable for your use,
and have not been damaged in shipping or missing.
Received Shipments
All orders received from Rubicon Express must be inspected and verified upon
arrival. All shortage and overage claims must be reported within 15 days to the
original dealer of purchase.
Rubicon Express' Limited LifeTime Warranty
Rubicon Express products are warranted to be free from material and workmanship
defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle the Rubicon product
was originally installed on (proof of purchase is required). This warranty is non-transferable.
Rubicon Express is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages such
as, labor fees, loss of use, loss of time and freight associated with the failure
of any products. Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed
or used in competition and races is not covered.
Rubicon Express does not warrant any product finish. This Limited Lifetime warranty
excludes the following Rubicon Express items: bushings, bump stops, tie rod end,
races, heim joints. These parts are subject to wear and are not considered defective
when worn. Leaf springs and coils are also wearable items and will only be considered
as a case by case situation. Digital photos of the leaf springs and coils installed
on the vehicle will need to be taken and turned in prior to approval of a Return
Authorization Number (RGA).
Disclaimer
Use of Rubicon products or products manufactured by others and sold by Rubicon
Express may significantly alter the on-road handling of your vehicle. Increased
lift height will, among other things, increase the center of gravity of your vehicle,
increasing the likelihood of a roll-over accident. We highly recommend the vehicle
be equipped with a functional roll bar and cage system. Avoid mixing various manufacturer???s
lift components, as they may not be engineered to work together. Use of your vehicle
in off-road conditions may significantly increase wear to critical components of
your vehicle, which will require and increase inspection protocol and maintenance
schedule. Failure to properly inspect and repair your vehicle may lead to failure
of components, which may lead to catastrophic failure. We encourage you to reduce
speed and avoid sudden maneuvers that may cause you to lose control of your vehicle.
Lastly, please remember to wear your seatbelts at all times. Rubicon Express accepts
no responsibility for any altered product, improper installation, or improper use
of our products.
